Shipping Policy

Identiti offers a smooth buying experience by having in place a clear & transparent shipping policy. Identiti dispatches your order within 72 hours. You can expect your delivery within 2-3 working days if you reside in any of the major metro cities. And a total of 7 working days from the date of order depending on the city you live in. We ship orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped to you only on Monday. Identiti makes every attempt to ship you on Sundays and Public holidays depending on the state and nature of holiday.

Areas of Delivery

Identiti ships orders to all locations across India. However, there would be certain areas that we would not be able to reach due to logistical reasons. For those areas, the delivery time could be longer than our usual delivery period.

Delivery Methods

Identiti expects the buyer to be present at the address to receipt the order(s). The recipient is expected to provide his or her name, signature and record the date and time as proof of delivery. If the buyer is not present at home at the time of delivery, he or she will be notified via phone . The buyer may re-schedule the delivery as per convenience.
